What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use similar tools such as browser local storage, pixels/tags, and session technologies. These may be set by us (first-party) or by our service providers (third-party).

How Consent Works on This Site

When you visit, a banner lets you Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Manage Preferences. What happens by default depends on your location:

  • United States, Canada, and similar regions (including when location cannot be determined): Analytics and Marketing start on (as if you chose Accept All). The banner appears once so you can reject or change settings. If you ignore the banner, it closes automatically after a short time; your Accept All settings stay in place unless you change them later.
  • EU / EEA / UK: Analytics and Marketing stay off until you Accept All or turn them on in Manage Preferences. The banner stays until you choose.

Strictly necessary cookies are always on so the Site can work (login, cart, checkout, security, remembering your consent choice, live chat, and on-site search).

We use Google Consent Mode (Advanced). Google Tag Manager can load even when optional categories are off. In that case, measurement may run in a restricted / cookieless form. Full cookie-based Analytics and Marketing run only when those categories are allowed.

You can change choices anytime via Cookie Settings in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we keep Marketing off by default.

Security, login, cart, checkout, form fraud prevention (for example Google reCAPTCHA), remembering your consent choice (ce_cookie_consent, up to 12 months), layout preference, Olark live chat, and Clerk.io on-site product search.

Analytics (optional)

Traffic and performance measurement. May include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Crazy Egg, Webtraxs, and Clerk.io usage tracking (for example product or category views and clicks). When Analytics is allowed, tools may set identifiers such as _ga / _gid. When Analytics is off, Google Tag Manager may still load, but cookie-based analytics stay limited under Consent Mode.

Marketing (optional)

Advertising and conversion measurement. May include Triple Whale, Microsoft Bing UET, Google Ads / DoubleClick and LinkedIn Insight Tag (via Google Tag Manager), ShareThis, and Google Customer Reviews on relevant pages. These advertising cookies and related pixels run only when Marketing is allowed. You can turn Marketing off anytime in Cookie Settings.

Your Choices

  • Accept All — turns on Analytics and Marketing
  • Reject Non-Essential — turns off Analytics and Marketing
  • Manage Preferences — choose Analytics and/or Marketing separately
  • Cookie Settings (footer) — change your mind anytime

Clearing cookies in your browser may also clear your saved choice and show the banner again on a later visit.
