We have 80 totes each with stainless steel dollies that are in good condition.
Half of these totes do have a hairline fracture which doesn’t affect the functionality but does interfere with the very strict cleaning requirements we have at our facility.
The products that were stored were salt buffers and bags of water. They come from a biotech facility, we always had bags in them, so no product ever contacted the bins themselves.
Bags are no longer available as they must be single-use in the biotech industry. Liquid from these bags is moved by a peristaltic pump and flexible hose, both the hose and bags can be purchase from the manufacturer.
The total weight that can be stored on the dolly is 3600lbs, but the volume of the container is only 500L or 132gallons.
